Advisory contract

Cooperation agreement is the ideal solution for an investor, who wants to operate his hotel on his own, however, maybe the hotel industry is not his core business and therefore he may require consulting in the field of operational and sales strategies. This is mostly the case of hotels, which are new on the market or need a refresh in their operation. Asten hotels is in this case not responsible for application of recommended strategies and procedures, the competence is borne by the owner.
